I can't access my account.
- Let's see if we can help. The problem will be revealed once you get answers to the following 4 questions:
  
  1. Where/which link did you use to login?
  If as a registered User you tried to login using the School registration link, this won't work.
  
  Once you are registered, you must only login via the Login link/button on our portal www.soeasy4english.com in the top navigation bar on the desktop, or in the navigation hamburger on the mobile.
  
  2. Which login details did you use?
  If you entered incorrect login details (i.e., incorrect email id and/or password) you will not be able to login.
  
  In this case, please double check the login details you are using. These have to be the exact email id and password you used when you registered on our portal. If you cannot remember these login details, you will have to register again with the correct email id and keep the details in a safe and accessible place.
  
  Also, as you are using your school account email id and password on our portal, if the password has been updated in the school account, then that new password will not work on our ESE portal – to login to your English SoEasy® account, you will have to use the password used when you first registered.
  
  3. Have you forgotten your password?
  If you have forgotten your password, you can click on "Forgot password" at the bottom right-hand corner of the login page to change the password.
  
  An email will be sent to the email id you used during registration. This will have instructions so you can set up a new password. Please check your Spam folder for responses from the English SoEasy® system to enable you to change the password, and mark our emails as "Not Spam".
  
  Please remember to keep your password in a safe place that you can easily access.
  
  4. Did you select your Class/Section when you registered?
  If you have not chosen your Class/Section when registering, you will not be able to access your accounts. You need to login and choose your Class/Section to proceed.
  
  Always remember you can always go to your English Teacher for help. Your Teacher can help you login with the your email and password, and choose the Class/Section for you.
  
  If none of the above solutions work, you might have to register into the ESE system again.
After I log out, how do I log in again?
- Click on Log in on your mobile or desktop, and fill in your user name and password. Once logged in, your dashboard will immediately appear, with Today's Fun, and other exciting language resources to play with.
I cannot remember my user name.
- We are sorry you cannot remember your user name. Regrettably, there is not much that can be done in this case. The simplest solution is to create a new account and start again. When you register a new account, we advise you to choose a familiar user name that you will not forget. And keep it in a safe place.

CHANGING SETTINGS

How can I change my Whirred™ Game settings?
- In the navigation bar / hamburger, click on the 'My Account' tab. You will be given the option to change Whirred™ game settings You can also change your password or your personal details.

MY PROGRESS

Where can I see my scores and progress?
- Go to the navigation bar / hamburger and click on My Scores for your scores on the various games. Click on My Class & Progress for your rank, based on the Weekly Leaderboard, your progress over the weeks, and an overview of Whirred™ Challenge winners and Standardized Baseline Tests (SBT) scores. You also have a list of your Weekly Summary Reports.
Where can I view the Class Schedules for Whirred™ Challenge and the Standardized Baseline Tests (SBT)?
- On the navigation bar / hamburger, click on the Class Schedules for the dates and times set by your teacher for new Challenges and Standardized Baseline Tests (SBT) for the current week and next week. You can also view the schedule for the previous week.

I would like to know how the ESE games are played.
- In the navigation bar / hamburger click on How to Play. Click on one of the three tabs to see a video on how to play Whirred™, Whirred™ Challenge and SpeakEasy™. In addition, below the videos for each of the games are a list of instructions.
